Totalspan Sunshine Coast is a family owned business who have been servicing the Sunshine Coast for over 12 years. We have constructed over 3,000 buildings for local customers and hope to build many more in the years to come. We have qualified and QBSA licensed teams in both shed construction and concreting to provide you with a one stop shop service. We have constructed buildings for many local authorities such as the Police, Councils, Schools and Sporting Clubs.

Point of Difference
Have you ever built a house or shed before and been stung with extra charges during the process? Most people have! So for your piece of mind Totalspan Sunshine Coast offer fixed price contracts. We will come to site, discuss your needs and then design a shed to suit your needs. We can then provide you with a fixed price quote.
We will quote on:
- Required site works (Machine Hire)
- Supply fill and removal of waste
- Council approval
- Concrete slab and Concrete pump (If required)
- Construction including all necessary equipment
- Delivery to site
- Electrical (Switch board, Power Points and Lighting)
Service Area & Scope of Works
Totalspan Sunshine Coast services the whole of the Sunshine Coast from Caloundra / Glass House Mountains through to Noosa / Cooroy and all suburbs in between. As we are a local team we offer free site visits 6 days a week to offer you advise and personalised service through out the process.
Strong Knowledge of Council Rules
Council rules and regulations regarding boundary set backs, cut and fill sites, building types and building sizes can be very confusing. Our team has a strong understanding of these rules and can assist you with all the necessary approvals.
Building Range - Custom Solutions
Totalspan Sunshine Coast has experience with a wide range of buildings ranging from small custom sheds and carports through to large commercial buildings. We work with each client to create a building that suits their specific needs. If you have custom plans or even and idea you would like to bring to reality we would be happy to work with you to make it happen.

Office and Display
We are located at 342 Mons Road Forest Glen (Near Chemist Warehouse). We have component displays on site and can show you a wide range of images. Alternatively if you wish to view one of our sheds we have many sheds around the Coast we can show you at your convenience.
Office Hours: 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday by appointment.
We recommend you phone us prior to coming as we go on site often.
