Totalspan Cairns is owned & operated by Steven Capocchi, a born and bred in the local area. Totalspan Cairns commenced operations in April 2006, starting with a staff of just four personnel. Today, they have expanded their team to twelve employees. They have qualified and QBSA licensed teams in both shed construction and concreting to service the domestic, rural and commercial markets. Their extensive range includes single car garages through to fully fabricated commercial factories and workshops.

Totalspan Cairns has the ability to meet the individual needs of clients within Far North Queensland They have supplied and erected buildings for not just the home-owner, but local Councils, Queensland and Federal Governments, hospitals, schools, Ergon Energy and the industrial and mining sector – geographically ranging from Cardwell to the Torres Strait Islands and West to the NT border.

With the knowledge that Totalspan Cairns hold, the required licenses and insurances, Shed Safe Accreditation, membership of the Australian Steel Institute (Steel Shed Group), and Master Builders Queensland, Cairn’s customers have the peace of mind knowing they are protected throughout the construction process. Totalspan Cairn’s  have compliant work method statements / risk assessments as well as JSEA forms as part of their standard work documentation.

The Totalspan Cairns team have now won the Franchise of the year in 2007, 2010, 2012, 2016 and 2018 which recognises both their high customer service and commitment to ongoing excellence.

Totalspan Cairns are very active in their local community, supporting and sponsoring such organsations as Edmonton Storm Rugby League club, Cairns Touch Football Association, Ribbons Game Fishing Club, Mother’s Day Classic fund raising organisation for Breast Cancer and various other local organisations.
