What’s best, is that our buildings are backed by a 25 year warranty, giving you peace of mind that we’ve got you covered.

Totalspan offers a 25 year structural warranty, which is effective from the date of installation. Our 25 year warranty covers the engineering specifications appropriate to the building site and the structural frame and components.

Additionally, your building’s components such as cladding is covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty and conditions.
